Privacy Policy

We do not require an account, login, or payment to use the Site. We do not ask you to submit your name, email address, or phone number to browse schedules or download files.

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address (often truncated or anonymized by the provider), browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

In production, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve layout and content. These services may set cookies or use local storage on your device.

Google and Microsoft process data according to their own privacy policies. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using browser settings and ad/analytics blocking extensions.

When you download PDF, CSV, or ICS files, the request is processed on our servers. We do not attach your identity to export files. Download URLs may include optional query parameters (for example, selected team slugs) that are encoded in the file request only to generate the correct schedule.

ICS calendar files may include links back to the Site so you can refresh your calendar after knockout teams are confirmed. Those links may contain standard UTM campaign parameters for aggregate analytics.

The Site is hosted on Vercel Inc. Server logs maintained by our host may include IP addresses and request metadata for security, reliability, and debugging. We retain such logs only as long as needed for those purposes.

We use HTTPS in production. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Because we do not operate user accounts, most requests will relate to analytics data held by Google or Microsoft — please contact those providers directly where applicable.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
